17th Golf Classic - A Profitable Round for CSSS-IUGS Users

A total of $29,800 was raised at the 17th edition of the Vitæ Foundation's golf classic, a profitable round which will benefit the users of the CSSS-IUGS. Some 116 golfers and business and community leaders participated in the tournament at Milby Golf Club. Guy Cormier, Senior Vice-President, Cooperative Network and Personal Services for Mouvement Desjardins, served as this year's honourary chairman. After the round, the participants gathered for a friendly cocktail and dinner during which draws and auctions were held.

Since 1998, more than $695,000 has been donated to the CSSS-IUGS thanks to this annual event, formerly known as the John-Hackett Classic.

The 17th edition was made possible thanks to the financial support of several sponsors: Desjardins, SAQ, Les Services Exp., 107.7 FM, Rythme Sherbrooke 93,7 FM, Valeurs mobilières Desjardins – équipe Soucy, and many more.

Thank you to our sponsors, partners, donors and volunteers for organizing the 2015 edition!
